Plot of the Hit Romantic Comedy
The anime follows a loner teenage boy who unexpectedly becomes involved in the love lives of several charming girls. His story begins when he witnesses these girls being rejected by their crushes. Instead of remaining a background character, he decides to step in and cheer them up.
The central question of the series is whether his supportive role can help these losing heroines overcome their heartbreak and ultimately find true happiness.
Manga Source Material and English Release
The anime is based on the light novel series written by Amamori Takibi and illustrated by Imigimuru. The source material, which has also been adapted into a manga, is currently up to Volume 8.
